At Brielle & Oak, we want you to love what you've bought. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can easily return it for a refund or exchange it for something else.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement by contacting our support department at support@brielleandoak.com.
Please include your order number in your email so we can process your request more efficiently. Because we process orders on a time sensitive basis, this window may have already expired and your order may be in process.
Additionally, once an order is shipped, it is unable to be cancelled. Please note that items for return can only be processed if they have first been dispatched. If we have already posted your order, you can return it to us once it has arrived.
30-Day Returns
All returned items must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused In original condition
- Packaging accessories tags etc are all included.
Support is available to guide you through the process.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: There is no charge to you for this service if product:
- Arrived damaged
- Is defective
- Was incorrect
We will replace item/s or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
Change of Mind
All of our goods have to be returned in their original packaging and tags in place, this is a condition laid out by law. If you change your mind we can offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days.
However the cost of returning the item shall be at your own expense. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us To arrange a return or exchange, please email your order number along with the reason for return to support@brielleandoak.com.
- Prepare Your Return Please return the item securely repackaged in its original packaging, with all original accessories and documentation included.
- Ship the Item Please return items by following the return instructions found in the return authorization email. You may also use our return shipping option.
Refund Process
Once your return is received: INSPECTION ITEMS FOR RETURN WILL BE REVIEWED TO ENSURE THEY MEET RETURN REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PROCESSING FOR RETURN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed Refunds are processed back to original payment methods within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items. Need a different size, different finish, or a different product?

Order Not Delivered
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time please contact us with your order number and we will investigate for you as quickly as possible.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will either re-ship the package for free or issue a full refund on your behalf.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to various reasons including hygiene or safety some products may not be returnable. Where this is the case it will be clearly stated on the product page.
